The part in Malaysia after the border was excellent; comfortable seats, good food, drinks and entertainment. Unfortunately, the pick-ups in Singapore used a different bus, and took an extra hour that was essentially wasted time; this aspect could definitely be organised better.
The driver is helpful to assist elderly passengers to cross both Singapore and Malaysia customs smoothy without the hassle of boarding and alighting.
It was a comfortable travel but had to change different bus at immigration overall would recommend this travel
