Punctual. But some snacks , we were told not allowed to be consumed on board. Probably just bread. First such experience.
Bus steward was all smiles and hospitable, which makes a lot of difference. Seats were comfortable enough but the massage function was vibration than massage. Food was excellent.
Easy to book, bus on time, bus clean, comfortable and bus monitor provided clear guidance and information on breaks etc.
Bus included free wifi and usb charging.
