This is my first time traveling alone. I like the comfortable seat. The journey was smooth but the bus arrived late at KL. My friend who was waiting for me at the terminal was worried as she was unable to check the arrival time of bus. It would be great if there is a way of checking the new arrival time.

Driver from Singapore was very helpful. Ride to KL was very fast and confortable. Although when changing buses at the border it would be better writing the license plate on a paper to ensure everyone can take a picture ir a note.
Comfortable ride but not comfortable enough to sleep. The ride was bumpy because the driver drove fast. I got from SG to KL in a record 4.5h. The seats were above average - good enough for daytime use, but I couldn't sleep in them. I can normally sleep in an economy seat on a flight as a comparison. Driver was friendly and gave clear instructions on what to do at the checkpoints.
