the trip was smooth and good. My critisism is on the drop-off and pick-up points. Very bad the drop-off (when coming from SIN). Alongside the road with a very uneven walkway and difficult access to the building is really worth thinking to change. The pick-up opposite the Double Tree hotel is better. But why not choose the slip road next to Imperio? Or the slip road right after the Double Tree hotel (left turn after the hotel).

Journey took about 6hrs for malacca to singapore. Overall bus is fairly comfortable, there is sufficient leg room.
