The suspense prior to the trip is real as its hard to contact Cityline days before the trip, and there is no response until a day prior. Once you did manage to get on the bus, things are smooth. Comfortable and clean seats and good air-con. There is minimum breaks in between journey but maybe u can request. No meals allowed in bus.

VERY GOOD SERVICE

My experience with the trip back to SIN was slightly better then the trip to Melakka. First, the communication via WhatsApp about the (new) pick-up point opp. Double Tree Hotel was timely and precise. The female guide was also very friendly and helpful. Even the bus driver (although it was the same as the one who drove — was speeding— us to Melaka) drove much more calm and considerate. The weak point was also that he can barely understand and speak English. Therefore when some of the passengers had to change bus after Tuas (to bring us to Jurong East) I had to assist some touridts because he did not even pronounce „Jurong East“ understandably! My suggestion: prepare a cardboard and show let the driver show. Or even better have the guide explain when approaching Malaysia immigration already (before he/she stays back). Last: On both trips No water was distributed! Please consider the above points to give better service and travel experience. BGotze
