Will be better if the bus actually picks direct from SG to MALACCA then MALACCA to SG and we don’t have to change bus at the custom carrying bags.
The suspense prior to the trip is real as its hard to contact Cityline days before the trip, and there is no response until a day prior.
Once you did manage to get on the bus, things are smooth. Comfortable and clean seats and good air-con. There is minimum breaks in between journey but maybe u can request. No meals allowed in bus.
