The bus was maintained well and the seats were comfortable. However, we were 3 passengers and had pre-ordered vegetarian food, but we received only one. There was no prior intimation as well as we could have made other arrangements. Please take note of such dietary requirements seriously and notify in advance for not being able to deliver.

When I initially reserved the coach bus via BusOnlineTicket, I received an email indicating that my payment had failed and that the booking was unsuccessful. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed that the payment had been deducted. I promptly attempted to contact customer service, but the line was disconnected and I could not reach them at all with any dialing tone.
I called, emailed, and messaged customer service via WhatsApp, but received no response whatsoever. In a state of panic, I decided to reach out to Transtar Bus Company, and they were finally able to assist me. Subsequently, the booking confirmation was sent to my email.
Overall, the experience on the bus was positive, particularly during my return journey from KL to SG. The Transtar Superstar Z provided exceptional onboard service, including beverages, food, and blankets, along with scheduled toilet breaks.
