The waiting area at lalaport was airconditioned. The ground staff was very helpful and could answer all my questions and assist me. The service staff on the coach was very thoughtful and considerate whom I must praise. As one of the toilet stops had long queues, he told me not to worry as they will wait for me and that made me feel very assured. Not sure if most of the coach crew staff are like him but for that particular trip, I felt very well taken care of. Thank you whoever you are and sorry I didn't get your name.
Bus departs on time from lalaport. Bus interior is clean and surprisingly the charging port is working. Hope luxury coach can keep up the standard. It would be better if driver can make announcement to let us know like how long the break is and also there will be a change of coach and driver to take us into Singapore when arrive at the johor CIQ.
Very comfortable but bus driver can be more polite
