Driver was very nice and helpful. Careful on the road as well. But the tour guide made the entire bus wait for her which is not ideal. The bus left later than scheduled. Separately not sure why is there no stopover at either Yong Peng or Pagoh per itinerary. This is rather different from other bus companies that I usually go with. Other than that overall is good trip.

I would like to suggest, the cabin bag storage is missing, and all our things are just put on the floor. Kindly upgrade for in cabin storage area. (overhead)
