Seat is comfortable and spacious. Food is acceptable. Only the seat is a bit old so reclining function dont work very well and the massager is not working (which is not a big issue)
Cons:
Shuttle bus is small bus with no leg room and is generally very lousy.
Actual bus, even though is "solitaire", the most expensive type, the chair controls do not work. Whatever works is very noisy to operate.
The bus that showed up was not of Transtar but of another company with Transtar driver.
Pros:
Staff were on site to guide passengers to correct bus.
Buses were on time.
No waiting time between transfers.
Staff were polite and well dressed.
Journey was fast and smooth.
