Punctual. But some snacks , we were told not allowed to be consumed on board. Probably just bread. First such experience.

Bought one way ticket on behalf of my niece. Pick up from Jurong Venture Ave. Still need to transfer at JB Custom at 2nd Link. Journey to KL was smooth, no hiccups. Only thing is, its such a hassle for her to transfer and not a direct KKKL bus to TBS.

Transport arrived 15mins early on a 44 seater coach at Venture Avenue, Jurong East for Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. Then I had to change over to another coach after crossing Sultan Abu Bakar Complex CheckPoint. Shortly after 10minutes journey passengers once again were required to change over to a 3rd coach (which at Sultan Abu Bakar Complex took on passengers boarding from Venture Avenue where I boarded bus too). It is puzzling why I had to make 3 coach transfers when my booking is for direct travel to. KL. On this 3rd coach however, passengers were treated with biscuits and beverages by a guide which was a pleasant surprise.
