The bus was clean and punctual. Things were great as we were dropped off at Lalaport Hub which was what we had paid for in the ticket. Please continue to ensure that we are dropped off at the correct terminal and hub. Thank you.

Seat is comfortable and spacious. Food is acceptable. Only the seat is a bit old so reclining function dont work very well and the massager is not working (which is not a big issue)
