The ride was comfy and smooth. But the bus was not cleaned before we board at lalaport, rubbish and food wrappers still on seats and floors.
The ride was okay. The only problem is the last minute change in trip timing. Need to adjust personal plans on the day.
Driver was very nice and helpful. Careful on the road as well. But the tour guide made the entire bus wait for her which is not ideal. The bus left later than scheduled. Separately not sure why is there no stopover at either Yong Peng or Pagoh per itinerary. This is rather different from other bus companies that I usually go with. Other than that overall is good trip.
