Much better than from Sg to KL, at least it's not late by an hour without prior notice. The driver is overall helpful and on time.
The bus was maintained well and the seats were comfortable. However, we were 3 passengers and had pre-ordered vegetarian food, but we received only one. There was no prior intimation as well as we could have made other arrangements. Please take note of such dietary requirements seriously and notify in advance for not being able to deliver.
