In fact it was the return trip from KL that was pleasant. The waiting area was well indicated and there were good shops and convenient toilet facilities.
From Singapore the bus stop wasn't indicated. The photo supplied was of no help as my bus was at night. I walked up and down for an hour around Jurong East MRT to Jurong Town Hall, past Venture Avenue and on to the SBS terminus. No signs nor staff to help. With much difficulty and the help of a restaurant staff, I finally located the stop for KKKL to KL. No restrooms, no signage, no staff to help. It was a nightmare. The airconditioning at night in the bus was too cold but they couldn't adjust it. Fortunately we were able to make a pit stop for the toilet on the way.
Comfortable chairs, nice amount of stops.
No direct transport to Jurong East and also need to go to TBS at 2pm to fetch passenger then left for Singapore
