After Malaysia custom, the bus was changed to another number, everyone from previous bus was shown by different specific bus number should get on;however, we waited and waited no bus was coming. This prolonged for almost over 30 minutes; no announcements , no one to asked and no single sign could be followed, all passengers waited and all bugs and flies embraced. We sweated and felt hopelessly, exhausted, finally there was bus with wonderful driver welcome all these sweaty passengers on bus. Eventually, we arrived our destination lavender station. I hope next time coach bus should have staff :put sign or announcements in waiting area, not treat passengers like this horrible hopeless situation!
Very efficient
We were not given the final transfer bus number after we past immigration which we usually do and this caused some unnecessary hesitation

The bus was extremely comfortable and service was great, up until when we got to the MY immigration point. Not sure why we had to change buses, to a much smaller, less comfortable one. This should be made clear when booking, as I expected the same comfort all the way to my final destination, not only 3/4 of the way.
