The service was excellent. The bus steward was smartly dressed, very courteous and served the customers with snacks and drinks including freshly made (3-in-1) coffee and tea. The seats were comfortable, the bus was relatively quiet and aircon temperature was just right, not too warm or too cold. However, on the way at one of the rest stop, the bus stopped quite a while to pick up ad hoc customers and, again, time was wasted at Johor custom due to change of bus. From the comfortable 3 in a row bus it was changed to a relatively older 4 in a row bus. Due to wasted time, the journey took 8 hours.
Safe driving but heavy traffic unavoidable.
The tofu was spoiled in the bento box
Beside that the bus timing was very punctual
And the seat was comfortable
