Bus services leave at Exit B from Lavender MRT in Singapore. But pick up passengers on the way, don't leave Singapore till like way after 1:30pm. Bus till boarder Crossing is ordinary free seating bus. Boarder Crossing is Passport control once at Singapore and once at Malaysia with filling in online form which is cumbersome form. From Malaysia Boarder actual bus as per picture. Only stop once along the journey for toilet break. And reach KL bus terminal now, Bot at the Berjaya Square. Over all very comfortable journey.
comfy, good service. Only thing was USB was not working and not able to charge my hp. But one of Bus attendants lent me his power bank and it was very much thankful.
Singapore side was no fuss despite 3 pickup/change bus after Lavendar. We wasted time after JB checkpoint, 2 passengers were delayed for no apparent reason as immigration and customs were not busy. All passengers have phone, why can't the conductor contact them insteaf of aimlessly waiting with a signboard
