Hygiene of bus considers good and on-time departure too. The main hiccup was the information given by bus driver during JB 1st link custom clearance wss not clear, we're unable to find the bus pickup bay after we've cleared the immigration point. We are not frequent road travelers hence we are not familiar with the building structure. The in-bus speaker was not clear as well when bus driver was informing us of some information, suggest to upgrade/make good of your bus speaker might help a lot. Thank you.
I am taking Eltabina last couple of year, only the reason is bus starts exact time. But only issue recent days no charging option in the bus, which is very uncomfortable. So fix it to keep the customer happy
