We had a smooth ride even though delayed for almost 1 hour due to traffic congested.
Bus crew very friendly and helpful.
The overall trip is great. Spacious with great legroom. But the toilet in the bus not working which then affects the trip slightly as we intended for bus with toilet facility.
The coach is very spacious and comfortable however they do ask for no food to be eaten on the bus. There was a stop midway for an hour personally I felt that this was too long. You have to get off the bus again once where you leave your luggage on the bus and just scan your passports and go through. The bus meets you at the other end. On the 2nd stop ALL belongings have to be taken off the bus and you go through another passport control however this time your luggage also gets scanned and once again your bus waits at the other side where you come out. We had no issues like the bus leaving passengers behind, like what we had read about online for certain companies. Our driver kept counting heads and waited until everyone was back.
