Even though there were multiple stops during the journey from Ipoh to Singapore, which ended up taking about 10 hours to reach the final destination, the stops included meal and toilet breaks, which were helpful for replenishing energy and freshening up. The journey itself was smooth, although it could get slightly uncomfortable sitting in the same seat for such a long duration.
Driver was very helpful. Assisted senior citizens to put the luggages onto the luggage compartment. He does a head count at every toilet break, ensuring all passengers are on board. Speed limit was good. Bus was very clean and comfortable.
