The service is consistent. We leave on time, we arrive depending on traffic conditions. The service is predictable. The only complaint I have is that I have to walk through the JB Customs carrying my luggage. No other similar service provider requests for this. I asked but never got an answer on why Delima insists on this inconvenience to its customers.
