This guide aims to show you the steps to pay for your bus tickets purchase using DBS PayLah! Mobile App. Before you proceed, please ensure that:
– you have downloaded the DBS PayLah! Mobile App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
– you have sufficient fund in your DBS PayLah! wallet

After you have selected your seat, you will be required to enter your personal details. Please enter your 8-digit registered DBS PayLah! mobile number in the phone number column as shown in the image above.
After you have enter your details, you will be required to select your payment type. Please select DBS PayLah!. Once you click “Proceed to Payment” button, a light-box will be popped up. Keep this page open and proceed to check your mobile phone.
Go through the steps in DBS PayLah! App to complete your payment.
DBS PayLah! App Payment Step 1 :
Look out for the pending Transactions in your DBS PayLah! Mobile App. Select the “BusOnlineTicket” pending payment.

Once selected, verify the amount is correct before proceed to payment.
As shown in the image, BusOnlineTicket.com will display your confirmed booking status within 15 seconds of your payment through DBS PayLah! App. The booking confirmation email will be sent to your email address within 30 minutes after a successful payment. Done! You’re now ready to travel!

Please confirm the payment amount before you scan the QR code and make the payment via mobile phone.
After you scan the QR code, it will lead you to the “Confirm Payment”page. Please proceed to confirm and make the payment.
You will receive an SMS alert upon a successful payment. Your booking confirmation email will be sent to your designated
email within 24 hours. Please check your email.
After you have entered the passenger details, you will be required to select your payment type. Please select AXS as shown in the image and click “Proceed to Payment” button.
You will be redirected to the Payment Gateway. Choose AXS and fill in your information. Then, click “Continue Payment”.
You will be given the payment slip to be used at the AXS Kiosk to make the payment. Choose “Print” to print the payment slip. Remember to make payment within 24 hours after you get the Payment Slip.
Go to nearby AXS Station.
At the AXS Kiosk, choose “Service” then select “1-2-3”. Once you have reach “1-2-3 Service” page, please click “Continue” button.
Check carefully to ensure that you are paying the right bill. Select “DPay” and choose your account type in order to proceed the payment with your debit card.
Once payment is approved, keep the AXS receipt as proof of payment.
Booking confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours.
