It was an amazing trip. But the driver need to be more... patient when a passenger asks
Comfortable seats and good food provided. The only unpleasant issue was the co change drop off point which is not convenient for us. This has affected our return home arrangement.
Good:
1. Comfy seat
2. Temperature is cool enough for me
3. Good massage better than nothing.
4. Quiet. Although we are seated at the last row, usually the engine sound is quite noisy. But this one is not as noisy as i would thought so.
Bad:
1. One of the seat safety beat buckle was "missing" or underneath the seat. Inform the attendant he replied that he checked last night it was already like that and he couldn't get the buckle up. So i hope it is best to get this resolved, as safety belt is important.
2. The beverage does not taste good. Probably a good 3-in-1 sachet could have been better.
3. I guess it is good to inform passengers an estimate time for toilet break.
4. Can be a little bit cheaper that would be prefect.
