Recently, I took a bus trip from Singapore (Lavender) to Kuala Lumpur. During the Singapore portion of the journey, only six of us were required to change to another bus at a designated point. We were given instructions by the booking platform, but despite this, the driver did not inform us when we reached the transfer point, and no clear guidance was provided on where to change buses.
This lack of communication caused confusion and unnecessary stress for the six affected passengers. Clear announcements or better coordination between the booking instructions and the driver would have made the experience much smoother. I hope the company can improve communication and coordination for future trips.
First time taking Eltabina Jaya Express . I am embarking from Singapore to Malaysia. The seat is comfortable. Aesthetic of the bus is beautiful. There is illumination below our seats to illuminate the floor walkway, and I find it much better than having lights on above head air venting side to ease resting and sleeping. The downside is not having Wifi internet access during the entire trip.

The ride was comfortable, however, there some small cockroaches appearing during the trip which made my wife a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, the trip was good.
