Bus driver ensure all passengers are onboard before leaving rest area /checkpoints -thumbs up. Bus seat confusion - book seat 14 but it is seat 13, causing argument with passenger on whose seat it belongs to.
The 'Tour Leader' spoke English which was a plus.
His instruction explanation clear, was helpful and friendly.
Driver drove safely and reached both end of Check Point as scheduled.
Coach was clean and comfortable except that the air conditioning was not cool enough.
