We took 6:15am bus from Tampines. Prior to this, we received several messages regarding the bus plate number, drop off & pick up by another bus. Right at the time we board the bus, bus captain said there’s no need to transfer or change to another bus. Journey to our destination was smooth.

Overall was fine. Except that as this was my first time taking the bus, i just followed the instructions reached the oick up point one hour before. I stood and waited thete for one hour, the bus came exactly on time of departure. Why would want to waste the customer’s time by asking the customer to reach there one hour before departure? Is a waste of time waiting there like a fool. In future i will not be so obedient, reach there one hour before. No way!
