Reliable timing and safe driving. Decent condition of coaches. Reclining chairs are great. Generous spacing of seats. Accompanying conductor can be better trained though, to be better with customer service. My experience was rather unpleasant.

The entire journey was smooth. Both the coachdriver's were approacable. Only feedback, i would like to share is the information sent out with details bus 1 and bus 2. Possibly add the word CHANGE into it. Like take bus 1 then CHANGE to bus 2. Without this word can be misleading like either take bus 1 and change or wait for bus 2 for direct. A number of us understood as the latter. Good thing the bus 1 driver clarified the schedule. Thanks.
