Bus ride was smooth and timely
The bus driver should have given instructions to passengers on where to board the bus after clearing Malaysian immigration at the CIQ checkpoint, as there were a lot of people and different boarding areas for public and private buses. The signboards at CIQ are all in Bahasa which non-Malaysian passengers will not be able to read.
The driver drove fairly safely most of the time with only a couple of sudden braking instances due to traveling too close behind the next vehicle. The driver was not consistently lane jumping in the hope of gaining a couple of seconds so this also added to the smooth and comfortable ride. I would be more than happy to see this driver driving my coach again in the future.
The coach was generally clean and tidy as most KKKL coaches are.
