If the ETA has changed or the bus has changed, would suggest to have one authorised person/staff in charge to liaise with the passenger because the bus was initially scheduled at 3:30pm but one of the staff informed me that due to traffic the ETA will be delayed to 4:20pm, then, not long after, another KKKL staff messaged me via WhatsApp that vehicle number has been changed (without telling me if the bus has already arrived at the pickup location). I was confused and had to ask the KKKL staff which bus I have to board (the one stuck in traffic with ETA 4:20pm or the new vehicle number). Pls kindly have a better way of handling this miscommunication to avoid passenger confusion risking delaying the bus ride affecting the journey, thank you
