Comfortable seat though my headrest was not covered. Sitting at the back, I cannot hear the tour guide at all. It was still a pleasant enough ride back home.
Please update - its from Lalaport and not Berjaya Times Square.
Lalaport is a good location from the previous boarding from roadside outside Berjaya Times Square. It's sheltered, proper coach bays and in a shopping mall.
Overall, the trip was very smooth.
The bus journey back was great except for the accident along the way that made our trip back to singapore longer.
