The seats were comfortable and the bus ride was pretty smooth - until past Yong Peng when the driver was driving more jerkily towards Malacca as he was in a phone conversation.

The bus was on time at Kovan and communication was good to indicate a bus change , just not an exact location which was at the border. Also the procedure of immigration procedures from Singapore to Malaysia need to be explained to foreign tourists as the drivers do not explain how things work and where to board the bus again.
