Driver follow the timing according to the schedule and we arrived safely in Malacca
i would have given a five star if not for the action of the driver when confronted by a passenger to delay departure to run an errand for her. we left the pick up point at Tampines on 11/8/25 on time at 6:45 am. Cruising along the road, the female passenger walked to the driver area, mumble something and next, without informing the other passengers at all, the driver returned to the pick up point to disembark her for like 10 min before she returned and we continue again. Presumably she may be picking up sth important like a passport. Shouldn't the driver informed all about this delay? the passenger didnot even apologize to any one of us. Even if she is picking up her item, why didn't she asked her contact to come to the pick up point instead of her walking away. this is something KKKL should consider for driver. thank you. lastly I must commend the KKKL staff, a senior guide who did a very good job in reminding passengers important info before departure.
