Driver is great and friendly. Tour guide also friendly
Few Observations:
1. Coach's driver:
From departure Tampines to SkyWay Terminal and vice versa, both drivers drove smoothly and kept to the schedule closely. They were helpful in term of putting and retrieving baggage and seem rather very patience with elderly folks.
2. The Coach interior, both trips were clean and air conditioning were functioning just right.
3. Particularly on our return trip 5th Dec at 2:00 PM from Sky Terminal to Singapore, coach registration 7078, a Tour Guide ( I think his name is Mr. Lee), quite a elderly Chinese gentleman. He was very friendly, helpful and joyous. Given his elderly age, his attitude was positive and a fun guy to ride with.
4. However, just one concern, was multiple Pick-up Points ( I think was about 3-4 pickup locations before ending up at Oxley Hub for transit via the main Coach. Along with my other companions, we were not aware of this routing arrangement prior to booking. We prefer a direct or keep the multiple pickup locations not more than 2 locations.

Whole trip was pleasant with Cabin crew and Tour guide. If the cleanliest of the bus can be improved it would really be 5 stars. Curtains are full of dust and the capsule seat interior also have a pool of dust.
Food is great and drinks are hot enough.
