Staff and food and everything was great. Only downside is the ride as it tends to be quite jerky as the driver step on the accelerator and release for abit and step again. Making the trip kind of dizzy thru out the way
We booked the Solitaire Suite for our trip to Genting and the Z-Club for our return. Despite the low online ratings, our overall experience was pleasant and hassle-free. Although we had to switch buses several times due to customs regulations, it wasn’t a major issue. I think people need to manage their expectations when it comes to coach travel—while you're paying for a premium coach, this isn't Singapore Airlines or Emirates, so don't expect a six-star experience. That said, it's all quite subjective. One area for improvement would be the company's communication with passengers—particularly when it comes to supporting passengers with mobility challenges.
