A good trip from Genting Highlands to Downtown East
Pros: Driver drove within speed limit with 2 stops (excluding customs), earphones was offered, tour gulde was very good!
Cons: Meal was bad as compared to the trip to genting. Rice is more than the dishes, while the dishes were miserably little. Seat 10 (immediately after rear door) was too cramp for an adult - can't even stretch out the legs, Seat 1/2 was not serviceable - can't recline and only after we feedback, then was told it was spoilt the previous day. Should have made changes, and not ignore. Good thing was tour guide change for us.
The trip back took a bit longer due to traffic jam and driver managed to take different path instead of NS Highway to avoid jam but still experienced jam. Very unfortunate that the WiFi on board the coach is unavailable. Coach a bit old and was not cleaned prior to boarding, after alighting previous passengers to Genting. Can do better in cleanliness part.
