It was okay. The trip from Singapore seemed to be better. But I do understand that the heavy traffic out of Malacca needs to be part of the reason for a very short break in the trip. Only time for a toilet break and no time to have a drink. For those who needed to eat something, it was not pleasant. I had some biscuits which I ate. Luckily, I had it in my handbag.
There should be an image shared for the drop-off point at Bugis. So it will be clearer where we will end out trip.
Overall, it was fine. I'll definitely take it again.
Generally service was okay, It would be better if a complimentary water bottle is given for journey. Seats were not allocated as per selection during booking. Difficult to board in during rain at Jurong East. Something to be done. Thank you.
The bus driver arrived on time but was very impatient and seems to be rushing. And alot of time, he simply step on the brake suddenly and turned corner too fast.
