It was excellent value, however we could have done with more communication letting us know what was happening. We could have been told that there was a toilet break, that we would have to go through customs, where. To wait etc. driver told us nothing
Coach is clean, seats are spacious and driving is smooth
Smooth ride and friendly staff. Drop off point however should be at a covered location in case of rain. Also while pick up was at Jurong, there was no Jurong drop off available
