Overall is pretty good.
Bus is clean, proper instructions given.
But this bus don't have wifi as compare to the previous bus.
The chair no 6 which I sat, the level for the legs seems to be split.
They are personable and make passengers feel welcome and at ease. Many go the extra mile by greeting passengers with a smile, treating everyone with respect, and being approachable for questions about the route.
The trip was smoothly driven although there was a slow traffic movement along the way.
