We are asked to come 1 hour early of pickup time, but bus itself late by 10 min of pickup time so we waited for 1 hour First bus driver is very rude when we asked any query. Otherwise 2nd bus driver is good

smooth and efficient point to point transportation. Comfortable seats. Perhaps, the only improvement could be anticipating the immigration and custom processes of both SG and MY. A pre-recorded announcement of the actual process would be good for those travelling on the bus for the first time.
