Reasonable price, left on time, comfortable seats. Things to improve - better shelter from the rain at Queen Street, better explanation of the border procedure and time allowed as I felt rushed but had plenty of time. We would have preferred to get off at one of the hotels like Hatten but not available at the time we wanted. It took longer than expected to get to our hotel so could have left SIN later & gone straight to a hotel and arrived about the same time. We now know for next time. Yes I will recommend 707 Inc to family and friends.
bus driver must also attempt to help customer remove luggage . We know is tired job after long drive .. but in other countries, most driver do that or someone at the destination terminal have someone that did it..
The bus ride is comfortable. Punctuality is commendable.
However, while waiting for the bus to arrive at the Queen Street station, passengers have to stand somewhere near the counter. Comfort of passengers waiting at the station is neglected.
