There was a little hiccup initially, bus was slated for 3.15pm, however bus was encountering some issues during the morning journey and went to the workshop, hence there was a bit of delay. 4.15pm board bus and reached Singapore about 9pm. The bus was comfy and spacious but the middle handle bar is not moveable, my girl had wanted to sleep on my lap during the journey but was unable to. Overall, we still like the bus ride because there was a guide who was stationed at the pickup point and assured us that the bus is coming and provided regular updates.
There was a very heavy jam along the North South Highway but the drive was very patient. Overall, it was a 9-hour drive for him. He did well.
Good because operator informed us of the delay beforehand to avoid long waiting time. Driver drove safely.
