I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent bus journey.
Our pickup point was Berjaya Times Square, with the scheduled departure time at 9:00 AM. However, the bus only arrived at around 9:30 AM. After picking us up, the driver then went to another location to park the bus and subsequently proceeded to pick up other passengers.
As a result, the bus only departed from TBS to Johor Bahru at approximately 10:30 AM, which was a significant delay from the original schedule.
I sincerely hope that in the future, the bus can arrive on time and that passengers are clearly informed in advance about where and when other passengers will be picked up. This will help avoid confusion and unnecessary waiting time.
