Excellent service by staffs however found lots of cockroaches in the Coach A, kids are scared throughout the journey.
All good no problem just highway traffic can be heavy congested at some point
As expected, the staff are very kind and helpful. Even the staff serving in the business lounge before boarding were great!
Unfortunately, there was no wifi connection throughout the journey. That was sad.
