The problem occurs when the bus stops at a petrol station that is far from any restaurant for lunch. This situation becomes more difficult especially when it is raining. Passengers have to walk a long distance/cross the road to find food, which is uncomfortable and unsafe due to the wet and slippery conditions. As a result, many passengers may skip their lunch or feel dissatisfied, causing inconvenience and discomfort during the journey.
