I booked a bus ticket 2 days before the departure date for 12pm from KL to JB. The confirmation was instantaneous. The next day, I received a WhatsApp message informing me the time had changed to 2pm. Although it disrupted my JB plans, I accepted the change. The bus arrived on time, and the recliner seats were large with generous legroom. Most importantly, the bus brought me to JB safe and sound.
