The seats were great, driver was good. but the air freshener smell was too strong that it gave me a headache and the smell lasted a long time before it subsided (at least 2hrs). When I mentioned to the staff, they were not very helpful (upon boarding and when they were doing teh final headcount), instead they said, the previous passengers mentioned that the bus was smelly - with no apologies or no suggestion of what they will try to help reduce the smell. that was disappointing. These fragrances are not good for us especially when it is synthetic and at such an intense level of smell. Another thing is I didn't know the return trip had 3 stops before the final stop, so we were confused and obviously it took longer than expected. However, I thank the driver for getting us safely to our destination.
