I had another pleasant journey with Transtar on my return trip to Singapore. Once again, I was fortunate that there was no need to change to another Transtar coach at the Malaysia Second Link customs, and I could remain on the same Solitaire Suite coach throughout the journey. This made the trip much more comfortable and convenient. I hope Transtar will continue to improve its seamless travel experience so that passengers do not need to change coaches during the journey whenever possible. It really enhances the overall travel experience. The crew were friendly and professional, and the journey was smooth and comfortable. One area that could be improved is the meal provided. Unfortunately, I didn't find it very enjoyable. It would be great if Transtar could consider offering more familiar local options such as nasi lemak, fried meehoon, dried mee siam, or mee goreng instead. Overall, I enjoyed the journey and look forward to travelling with Transtar again.

Could have been 5 star if we dont have to waste time waiting for which bus to take us back. The bus that i was told to take didnt turn up. We easily spent 30 mins to 45mins at the Malaysia customs waiting ( and it was already 12midnight). In the end, we took back the same bus back to grantal mall.
