It left on time but was surprised we went through woodlands which added to the length of the time. left at 12pm and I got home (which is near Katong V) at 19.50pm.

The driver drove at a good, comfortable and safe speed. However he did not explain the procedures at the Malaysian end but just simply dropped us off and did not inform us where to find the bus after immigration. As first timers taking the bus we got a bit lost. Also when booking the trip we were not told that the bus would be going through woodlands else we would not have chosen this trip. It is good if all the stops that the bus makes is indicated at the time of booking.

super comfy seats, driver was extremely prompt. i did have to figure out where immigration was on the fly, and had pathfind where the bus could possibly park at after. not very tourist friendly, but is a cost effective way to get from malaysia to singapore. 4 stars
