I prefer KKKL Express Singapore SVIP Executive ride than LA Holidays even though WiFi was provided. The SVIP have USB C charging at my seat. It is newer and cleaner. LA Holidays does not have charging port, WiFi has intermittent connection issue and there were inconsiderate noisy tourists took out their shoes and socks.
Driver generally drove well. However, did not let us know there would not be a rest stop like there normally is which is disappointing.
The PA system in the coach also had massive amounts of echo so when the driver did make any announcements they were in-audible.
Bus left on time. Bus is clean and seatbelts on all seats. Speed was consistent, so felt safe on the journey.
