The price is relatively high, and there were delays in both departure and arrival. However, the overall experience was quite good, and the staff were very friendly. To take note, after clearing Malaysia immigration at Tuas, we transferred to a regular bus.
I love Transtar solitaire bus but couple of things that I wish the company can improve on
1) indicate on the eticket how many hours before the departure time that the company will inform them of the coach plate number.
2) allow passenger to top up for seamless journey ie do not require change of bus at custom.
Seats were great, with good service and drink and food served during our ride.
However, the trip was push back by 30mins at quite short notice. Operator on Whatsapp had poor communication skills and was also not helpful in guiding customers to exchange boarding pass as the situation at TBS was quite confusing. This level of service is quite unacceptable considering we paid a premium for the first class seats.
