Service was good, and food was tasty; only the entertainment monitor film show was not the latest, some of the games are not friendly, once you enter, there is no way to exit.

The coach from Jorong East was late arriving to the pick up point and the driver couldn't be bothered to help us to put the luggage in the compartment. We had to ask for help. Inside the coach from Jorong east to Tuas was not great. At Tuas we were transferred to a better coach as described in the Internet. The service in the second coach was excellent and the staff was helpful. Hope the Jorong East to Tuas can be improved.
