We enjoyed the ride to and fro KL. I just want to mention for your improvement. The drivers sometimes smoke in the bus, not giving clear instructions for toilet breaks and sometimes appear impolite. I hope you will train them on the above and we will continue to take KKKL, my favourite bus. Thank you.

The bus driver should be more professional and focus on driving, rather than talking on the phone for almost an hour while driving. his voice so loud
The bus loudspeaker has serious interference with some mobile devices. The emitted noise can be quite disruptive.
Overall, the experience is good, but there are areas that can be improved.
