Before You Board TRA Xpress
A little preparation goes a long way towards a smoother journey. Here are a few useful things to remember before setting off.
Check Your Boarding Point
Butterworth has multiple boarding locations, including Jalan Pantai and other pickup points. Always follow the exact location shown on your booking confirmation rather than assuming every bus departs from Penang Sentral.
Give Yourself Extra Time
Arrive ahead of your scheduled departure, especially during weekends and festive travel periods. Keep your booking details and identification ready for a smoother boarding experience.
Travel Light, Travel Comfortably
Bring water, a light jacket and any personal essentials you may need on the road. Travel times can change with traffic and rest stops, so allow a little flexibility in your arrival plans.
