so far i'm quite satisfied with the bus service. But it can improve further as the bus itself didn't provide wifi. The return trip take longer time for kovan hub stop as it go to bugis, Tampines then Kovan Hub. Only one session for 2:30pm as usually i took the 12 noon trip.
It was a good experience coming back from Melaka to Singapore in the bus. We were briefed what was to be expected and no surprises as there was an accident in the highway and needed to take another route. However, probably the bus was rushing for time, there were several braking during the alternate route and hence that part was uncomfortable.
