There are two main bus station in Perlis; Kuala Perlis Bus Terminal and Kangar Sentral Bus Terminal. Kangar Sentral or known as Perlis Integrated Public Transport Terminal (Perlis Sentral) will be the main hub for all bus transport in and out of Perlis. Estimated at RM35 million, it began operations in 24 March 2025. Kangar Sentral is located approximately 4 kilometers from it’s old bus terminal (Bukit Lagi Bus Station) in Kangar. This terminal features 6 temporary bays for buses, 25 parking lots, and 25 taxi parking spaces as of March 2025.

By Bus – The journey from KL to Kangar by bus will take around 6 to 7 hours. Most express buses heading to Kangar depart from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in Bandar Tasik Selatan.
By Car – KL and Kangar are connected by the North-South Expressway (PLUS). The journey covers approximately 500 kilometers and takes around 5 to 6 hours. You can exit at Jitra or Changlun, then continue via the federal road towards Kangar.
By Taxi or Grab – There is a taxi station near Kangar Sentral, so passengers can also opt for taxi or Grab services to reach the terminal conveniently.
