Bus from SG to Tuas checkpoint was abit old, and had to transfer to another bus at Johor checkpoint which was a bit of a hassle. Apart from that, both bus drivers are friendly which made for a pleasant experience.
There was a delay on bus arrival at Jurong east. Then still have to change to another bus at Bulim which add to the delay. Total abt an hour delay from the schedule timing of 8.55am. Bus was cleaned n comfy thou and driver was cautious n alert.
Bought one way ticket on behalf of my niece. Pick up from Jurong Venture Ave. Still need to transfer at JB Custom at 2nd Link. Journey to KL was smooth, no hiccups. Only thing is, its such a hassle for her to transfer and not a direct KKKL bus to TBS.
