The travelling time for 10 hours were too long.
Lady guide, Vivian was nice & accomodating for my return journey from Genting to Yishun, It's for this reason that l gave a 4-star. But bespectacled elderly guide, Mr Chew was bad. Firstly, he didn't introduce himself in his Watsapp chat unliked Vivian. Secondly, he only board our bus at JB checkpt too. Thirdly, he was impatient during 2 bus stopovers. He was discourteous & liked to pass remarks too. Heard him passing a remark unhappily when an lndian woman returned to her seat to collect something upon walking out of the bus. There were only 2 smokers in our bus. At Seremban stopover, l asked him how long was the stopover. He said 5-10 mins. So it shld be enough time for one smoke. After my toilet break, l was half way smoking with another customer, l noticed him standing beside the bus door talking to the driver & staring at us. He told the driver to honk & gesticulated at us to board the bus. When l board the bus, I noticed that it was only about 7 or 8 mins break since we left the bus. Whilst walking to my seat, the driver was heard asking Mr Chew to check whether there are some more customers left behind. MR Chew replied, "Ah Chap Siow e Lung lah". From the bus to the toilet is less than 1 min walk. I just peed & smoked. So if he told me it was 5-10 mins bresk, why did rushed us when it's only 7 or 8 mins? He gave me the impression that he wanted to reach Genting asap. Was it for more rest or other personal reasons? For toilet break, it's common to give customers a minimum time of at least 10 mins. For smoking customers, guides sometimes give them 15 mins break. But the question is why was Mr Chew in such a hurry that day? Our bus arrived in Genting at about 12 pm. In order for a Co's business to grow, it need to maintain customers. Guides liked Mr Chew will definitely not maintain customers with his behaviours & current attitude towards customers. Tk'you!
Last minture change of timing and type of bus.
Fortunate bus changed was good and driver was very polite.
