The commentary by Beena was fabulous and very detailed. Learmed something about Malacca deapite having been to so many trips on such coaches in the past. Instead of rejecting change of drop off and pick up venue in Malacca, correspondence with company personnel can show some flexibility especially when there are drop off anf pick uo from venue that I had requested to change.
smooth journey, clean bus. departed 10mins earlier as everyone had reached before departure timing
