Punctual departure and smooth trip. Driver stopped the bus at R&R a few times for toilet break. Interior pretty outdated(not the newer model on other routes), but the electronic recliner seat works well. Legroom is great, can put one standard backpack without squeezing own leg much.
Arrived Grantal Mall around 10am, quite a (~1h)delay as the driver discovered luggage without owner at the border control. They eventually handled the situation. But the delay caused us stuck in the traffic jam entering the SG border for a while.
Good helpful drivers but Tun Aminah Station needs improvement like a display for departure
Even though there were multiple stops during the journey from Ipoh to Singapore, which ended up taking about 10 hours to reach the final destination, the stops included meal and toilet breaks, which were helpful for replenishing energy and freshening up. The journey itself was smooth, although it could get slightly uncomfortable sitting in the same seat for such a long duration.
