Bus was abit dirty with coffee stains and the seat rest are oily. The guide could not provide exact answer like, will there be a stop at Yong Peng rest stop. She just replied not sure. The food provided are so-so. Portion wise = small for male.
Alot of toilet break tho.
I went on a return tix 2 Genting. Dep 01/07-04/07 (Kovan). We were supposed to dep @ 0630 but changed to 0615. We had 2 change bus in Jb. As such, there were a dbl sesting fm Jb. Our seats were 6 n 9 but were taken. Another couple seats were also taken I am very disappointed with such arrangements. The reason cud be that the 4 of us were transferred fm the 0630 to 0615 dep. If that is so, why were we not confirmed with alternative seats nos? What if it's fully occupied. Great disappointment with this arrangements. I had been with u all to Malacca n were very satisfied with yr service but NOW? I wud like an explanation from you soonest.
It was a pleasant trip back to Singapore.
Even though my assigned seats was leaking with water, they managed to catch my seats. Great job ! Will definitely travel with Transtar again.
